Hi! Welcome to my webpage! My practice is located in Marsh Landing at Jacksonville Beach.

I see both individuals and couples. My main specialties are helping with stress, anxiety, depression and relationship issues.

I received my training at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore and at the University of Maryland. Before moving to Florida I worked as a therapist at Johns Hopkins and won an award of excellence for my work there.

I have extensive training in a variety of treatment models but my approach is first and foremost client-centered. This begins with an atmosphere of respect, care and confidentiality.

Many people find talking through their challenges and difficulties in life, as well their goals and hopes for the future, an enormous benefit. Therapy can play a valuable role in providing both insight and a plan.
